Located in Ota Ward, Haginaka park is a famous cherry blossom viewing spot in the area. In addition to cherry blossoms, many other trees such as plum trees and yakiyaki (Japanese zelkova) trees are planted.

The park is also well-equipped with sports facilities such as baseball and swimming pools, especially an indoor pool that can be used year-round and an outdoor pool that can be used during the summer.

In addition to a full-scale swimming pool for competitive swimmers, there is also a flowing pool, water slides, and a children’s pool, making it a very well-equipped, clean, and comfortable place.

In addition to bicycles, there are foot-pedal go-carts and mini bicycles, so families can get used to bicycles and learn traffic rules while having fun together. There is also a roller skating rink inside the park.

The surrounding area is dotted with various sightseeing spots, with Haneda Airport to the east and the Tama River to the south.
