Located in Shinagawa Ward,the Shinagawa Kumin Park this is one of the largest comprehensive parks in Shinagawa Ward, built by reclaiming the former Katsushima Canal.

The theme of the park is “Flower, Plaza, and Water Green Park,” and there are five plazas on the site: cherry blossom plaza, sports plaza, fountain plaza, playground plaza, and tide plaza. T

The park is lined with 300 pine trees and overflowing with greenery, and visitors will be able to enjoy beautiful flowers and trees during the cherry blossom season, when 130 plum trees and 400 cherry trees are in bloom.

There are also a variety of sports facilities (youth baseball field, tennis courts, swimming pool) and day campsites. On the south side, there is an abundance of waterfront facilities such as “Katsushima no Umi” (Sea of Katsushima), a 1 ha artificial lake using seawater, and the Shinagawa Aquarium.

The Oi Racecourse and Omori Bellport are located nearby.
