Asakusa’s Engei Hall is said to be the comedy hall of the downtown Asakusa area with
Rakugo, manzai, magic tricks and impersonations often performed here.

Asakusa Engei Hall, located in Taito-ku, Tokyo, is one of the four rakugo theaters in Tokyo, along with Ikebukuro Engei Hall, Suzumoto Engei Hall, and Shinjuku Suehirotei.

The hall is located in the center of the entertainment district on the iconic Asakusa Rokku Broadway theater street.
