The Jonanjima Seaside Park is managed by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Bureau of Port and is Harbor located on Jonanjima, one of the man-made islands in Ota Ward.
There is an artificial seaside beach where you can go tio-boshi picking and a campground with the only auto-camping site in the Tokyo Metropolitan Government.
Since there are no convenience stores nearby, the park is ideal for camping away from the usual life in Tokyo, or for barbecues at neighborhood associations or among friends. Swimming is prohibited, but you can also enjoy events and recreation between camping and barbecues at the artificial Tsubasa Beach.
You can see large ships entering and leaving Tokyo Port and airplanes taking off from Haneda Airport up close, and there are many photo opportunities, so even if you are not an aviation fan.
There are also many parks in the area, but you may want to change things up and enjoy the Ota Market of the Tokyo Metropolitan Central Wholesale Market or the Oi Racecourse.
