The water playground of Toneri Park in Adachi-ku, Tokyo, is located in the B (northeast) area of the park and is surrounded by a campground and a large grass slope pond.
The floating pond is open from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and is intended for children in the third grade or younger and toddlers.
