A pedestrian-only bridge converted from the remains of a dedicated bridge where the streetcar used to cross the Tatekawa River.

The rails of the Toden still remain and remind us of those days. There is a relief of Toden on the parapet of the bridge, and a monument and an explanatory board decorated with Toden at the north end of the bridge.

The north side of the bridge is maintained as Kameido Ryokudo Park and the south side as Oshima Ryokudo Park.
