At Natsu no Kumo Park in Nerima-ku, Tokyo, there are four artificial grass tennis courts. Use is 800 yen per court per hour, with an additional 300 yen per court per hour for lighting during the night.
The hours of use are from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. (subject to change depending on the season).
