Registration is required to use the dog run facilities at Koganei Park in Koganei-shi, Tokyo (registration is required once a year and renewal is in June each year) and is accepted at the Koganei Park Service Center.
The field is divided into a small dog area and a free space for all breeds of dogs. The field is located on the south side of Eucalyptus Plaza. Benches are provided in the field.
