The water playground at Kitaku Central Park in Kita-ku, Tokyo is located in the plaza behind the park management office and is open from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Every Friday is a cleaning day. Please note that the water playground may be suspended due to power conditions or other reasons.
