Takinogawa Park in Kita Ward, Tokyo, has an athletic playground, swings and other children’s playgrounds, as well as a water playground, jogging course, tennis courts, gymnasium, and other facilities.

The park is also equipped with an emergency water tank, a sprinkler tower, and a disaster reserve warehouse, making it possible to use the park as a disaster prevention center.
