Yanagi Bashi Bridge is a green, stylish and chic bridge with a Taisho Romantic look.
The first bridge was built in 1698 (Genroku 11), and the present bridge was built in 1929 as a reconstruction project after the great Kanto earthquake.
The bridge lights up in the evening giving off a wonderful green hue that reflects eloquently on the river below. The design was inspired by the Eitai Bridge.
