Toyomi Undo Koen Tennis Park in Chuo-ku, Tokyo, has four all-weather, sand-filled artificial grass tennis courts available for use at 700 yen per court for two hours.
Hours of operation are 8:00 am to 4:00 pm from January 5 to March 31, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm from April 1 to October 31, and 8:00 am to 4:00 pm from November 1 to December 27.
