Shinjuku Alta is a fashion building in front of Shinjuku Station East Exit Station. The 7th floor is famous for Studio Alta, where “Laugh It Up” is broadcast live from 12:00 to 13:00 on weekdays.

The second basement to the sixth floor is mainly for young women, and includes fashion, sundries, and fast food.
