The Mejirodai Sports Park, located in Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo, has a Dog Square that can be used free of charge by those who register in advance.
Registration can be made at the Park Center in the park.
Hours of operation are from 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. from May to August, and from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. from September to April.
