The water playground at Higashi Itabashi Park in Itabashi-ku, Tokyo, has a fountain plaza beside the lawn area.

Normally, the fountain is in operation from late July to late August, and is available from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Please note that the operation may be suspended due to power saving or other reasons.
