Kitanuma Kōtsū Park in Katsushika-ku, Tokyo is a traffic park located along the Shinnakagawa River in Okudo, Katsushika-ku. It is one of the largest parks in Katsushika-ku, just east of the Sports Park of the General Sports Center.

It is especially recommended for families and has a variety of traffic play equipment just right for children. Bicycles, foot pedal go-carts, and beanbags are available for rent free of charge, so children can learn the rules of the road while having fun riding them. There is enough space and variety of rides to satisfy children.

There is a water playground and playground facilities that are as extensive as the traffic equipment, including a jabu-jabu pond with a fountain that is perfect for hot summer days, a playground with a slide and jungle gym, and dinosaur playground equipment.

In addition to transportation, science and space are the park’s themes, and there are facilities such as a moonwalker where small children can experience walking on the moon.

Parking is rather limited at 16 cars, so getting there early or using public transportation such as the Keisei Town Bus is recommended.
