The basketball facility at Rikugi Park in Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo, has a basketball goal set up in the park’s children’s playground, with no special enclosure around it.

The park fence is located behind the goal. The court surface is dirt, and there are benches and restrooms by the goal.

The park is open from 8:00 to 19:00 from April to October and from 8:30 to 18:00 from November to March. From July 20 to July 31, the park is open from 6:00 am to 7:00 pm.
