The dog run facility at Oi Futo Central Seaside Park in Shinagawa Ward, Tokyo, is located within the park’s sports forest and is divided into a free space and a field for small dogs.
There are benches and water fountains for dogs in the field. There is no charge to use the dog run, but each dog must be registered at the Oi Futo Central Seaside Park Management Office before using the Shiosai Dog Run.
