Nippori-Minami Park in Arakawa-ku, Tokyo, is a summer-only playground located in the Jabu-Jabu Pond in the fountain plaza. It consists of a circular water playground around the central fountain, benches and rest areas around the fountain, and green trees around the benches and rest areas.
Here is a great place to take the kids on a hot summer day.
