Mejirodai Sports Park Tennis Courts in Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo, has four tennis courts with sand-filled artificial grass: three courts on the west side and one court on the east side.

The courts are available for use in two-hour increments from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. from May to August and from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. from September to April, and the fee is 1,200 yen per court for two hours.
