The tennis facility at Matsuki Park in Hachioji City, Tokyo, has 10 all-weather artificial grass courts.

There is a management office by the courts and a parking lot.

Access to the park is by Keio Bus from Keio Horinouchi Station on the Keio Sagamihara Line, getting off at Mitsukebashi Bus Stop.
