Located in Minato-ku, Tokyo, Akasaka Sacas is a complex facility in Akasaka 5-chome, Minato-ku. The word “Sakas” in “Akasaka Sakas” means both “cherry blossom” and “Sakas” from “saka s” (plural), the many hills in Akasaka.

Akasaka Sakas” was developed with the aim of bringing into bloom a new “Flower of Akasaka Culture” through the fusion of Akasaka as a new cultural center and Akasaka as a town where traditional culture is still alive.

The facility is also home to a variety of entertainment areas, including the live music club Akasaka BLITZ and the Akasaka ACT Theater. Other facilities include the adjacent Sacas Plaza, where TBS events are held, and the Akasaka Biz Tower, which houses a variety of cafes, bars, restaurants, and other food outlets and stores selling a wide variety of items.

This is a spot that attracts many people as it is a facility for transmitting culture that is distinctly different from mere complexes.

The keyword of Akasaka Sacas is cherry blossoms, and the area around the complex is known as a cherry blossom viewing spot, with approximately 100 cherry trees planted around the area, which bloom beautifully in spring.

It is directly underground from Akasaka Station on the Tokyo Metro Chiyoda Line, and about an 8-minute walk from Akasaka-mitsuke Station on the Marunouchi and Ginza Lines. No parking is provided, so public transportation is recommended.
