At the Tokai Terminal Park, you can do some rock fishing and there’s also a barbecue area available at the southern end of Oi Futo in Ota-ku, Tokyo.
There is no reservation system for barbecue and it is free of charge. The park is relatively open, with a view of Keihin Island and the monorail by the sea.
There are many parks nearby, including the Oi futo Central Seaside Park, Tokyo Port Wild Bird Park, Keihinjima Tsubasa Park, and Oi Racecourse.
