The basketball facility at the Showa Memorial Park in Tachikawa City, Tokyo, has three basketball goals, each with a court for 3-on-3. The court surface is sealed and of good quality.
Balls can be rented for 100 yen per hour and a deposit of 200 yen (to be returned later) is required. The courts are available from 9:30 a.m. until 30 minutes before closing.
