The jogging course at the unimaginatively named Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant Square in Kunitachi City, Tokyo, is a 496-meter circuit around the perimeter of the park, half of which is paved with rubber chips made from recycled tire waste and half of which is paved with soft, woody pavement (park mat) made from the bark of Japanese softwood trees.
Solar-powered lighting is used for the parkway.
