The Philatelic Museum in Mejiro Tokyo exhibits about 1,000 stamps from among a collection of 300,000 issued since 1960 from all over the world, with a different theme every three months.
You can also buy stamps from all over the world or even create your own self-portrait stamps (not actually usable).
