Oyokogawa Water Park (Oyokogawa Shinsui Koen ) in Sumida-ku, Tokyo is a long and narrow water park with a total length of about 1,800 m. In the center of the park is a stream taken from the Oyokogawa River, which has been maintained as a water playground.
You can find it bu heading south from the Tokyo Skytree and it makes for a nice place to take a walk while in the Sumida area.
