The Oizumi Chuo Park, also known as the Tokyo Metropolitan Oizumi Central Park in Tokyo’s Nerima Ward has a water playground with a central plaza and a water plaza.
Each has a water fountain, and in summer, the park is crowded with many children who come to play in the water. In the water plaza, there are bargolas and benches where you can take a rest.
