Rowing boats are available for a fee at the Musashiseki Park Boat Ramp in Nerima-ku, Tokyo.

The park is closed during the winter, but in spring, visitors can enjoy rowing while viewing the cherry blossoms. it’s a great place to enjoy a relaxing boat ride in the park surrounded by nature.
