Koubai Koen (Red Plum Park), located in Itabashi Ward, Tokyo, is a relatively new park completed in 2003. Access to the park is a 20-minute walk from Tobunerima Station on the Tobu Tojo Line.
The park is equipped with a slightly longer roller slide, spring playground equipment, mini basketball goal, etc.
