This is a metropolitan park in Koto-ku, Tokyo, originally built on the site where the Kameido Plant of Hitachi, Ltd. used to be.
The park is divided into three distinct areas: A, B, and C. A has a clock tower and athletic facilities, B has a lawn area and artificial pond, and C has sports facilities.
In addition, there are many flowers and plants, and about 50 varieties of sasanquas, which are Koto-ku’s flowers, are planted here, and it is also a famous spot where beautiful flowers are displayed in winter.
In spring, the cherry blossoms are beautiful, and it is a good idea to bring a packed lunch and enjoy viewing the cherry blossoms at the central plaza. The cherry blossoms on the riverside side are also beautiful.
There are also many nature-rich parks scattered around the area, such as Kinshi Park and Ojima Komatsugawa Park.
