The basketball facility at Echizenbori Children’s Park in Chuo-ku, Tokyo, has two basketball goals set up inside a net-enclosed catch-all field.
The ring and backboard are of high quality, but the court surface is unfortunately dirt.
The facility is free of charge, but children are often playing catch or soccer, so please be careful when using the facility.
