The wall climbing facility (Noboriban Kabe) at Koganei Park in Koganei City, Tokyo, is located in the middle of Wanpaku Mountain in Wanpaku Plaza.
The wall is divided into two surfaces, one on the top and one on the bottom, with different levels of difficulty depending on where you want to climb.
